The Tilbury Band, like many brass bands across the UK, is a community group. We survive with the support of a band of volunteers who give of their time to ensure that organisation can stay afloat. From the maintenance of the Band’s premises to the booking of engagements and deputies, to the purchase of new music, without a strong Committee, the Band would quickly disappear.
