The Band will be supporting this year's Service of Remembrance in Civic Square, Tilbury. This service is at the war memorial, outside of the library, and parking is on Newton Road, Civic Square itself (where available) and in the Tilbury Community Centre.

Band members should arrive in walking out uniform in good time for the service to start around 10:45pm. PLEASE REMEMBER ROAD CLOSURES ARE IN FORCE IN CIVIC SQUARE FROM ABOUT 10:15AM.

The PLA Remembrance Service has become a regular feature of the Band's year. The Band has always considered this event a privilage to accompany and contribute towards and ask as many Bandmembers as possible to attend. The service will start sharply at 6pm, although musicians are requested to attend as close to 5pm as possible.

Group 1 (10:00-12:00hrs):

Group 2 (12:00-14:00hrs):

The Band have again been invited to participate in the Southend Choral Society Christmas Concert at the King's Road United Reform Church (formerly Crowstone Church) in Westcliff-on-Sea. This year the choir will also be joined by the West Leigh Choir under the baton of Mrs. Jan Walker.

BAND - please be in attendance before 1830hrs to ensure setup is correct.

The band will participate in the annual carol service at Bradleigh Avenue United Reformed Church in Grays. Following the service, and a break for minced pies, there will be a short festive concert given by the Band.

Bandmembers are requested to arrive by 1430hrs and meet in the side-room.
